Serve as a primary point of contact for HR systems and support, ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance in People Team platforms, managing employee system access, answering day-to-day policy questions, supporting vendor relationships, and troubleshooting system-related issues for employees and managers
Support execution of key People Team functions such as performance reviews, onboarding, and People Programs initiatives
Apply foundational knowledge of employment law and HR policies to help ensure compliance across key touchpoints in the employee lifecycle
Collaborate across all People Team workstreams to deliver a consistent, seamless, and equitable employee experience
Generate and maintain standard HR reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and monitor key people metrics
Serve as a versatile HR partner by supporting the full spectrum of People Team functions including, but not limited to, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and engagement while flexibly adapting focus and responsibilities to align with evolving business priorities and organizational needs
Focus in one of these areas:
Onboarding and Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume and early-career roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer coordination
Onboarding and Recruitment: Provide recruitment coordination support to the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner by scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, and supporting a positive candidate experience
Onboarding and Recruitment: Partners with leadership and key stakeholders to recommend, develop, and execute employee experience, including onboarding and orientation of new and internally transferring employees
DEIB, CSR, and L&D: Own the design, delivery, and evaluation of DEIB and CSR programming, including Crews (our version of ERGs), events, campaigns, communications, and initiatives that advance a culture of belonging
DEIB, CSR, and L&D: Partner with leaders and employees to embed DEIB principles into everyday practices, processes, and policies
DEIB, CSR, and L&D: Drive coordination and logistics for learning and development offerings, including facilitating training sessions, manager workshops, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
Six (6) years of HR Generalist work experience, including broad People Team support across the employee lifecycle including but not limited to, expertise in one of the following areas- onboarding, recruitment, DEIB, CSR, and/or L&D
Expertise in one of these focus areas:
Onboarding and Recruitment: Previous experience supporting onboarding and employee events or programs
Onboarding and Recruitment: Previous experience in end-to-end recruitment
Onboarding and Recruitment: Experience using Applicant Tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.)
DEIB, CSR and L&D: DEIB or CSR Certification
DEIB, CSR and L&D: Direct experience leading DEIB programming, initiatives, or employee resource groups
DEIB, CSR and L&D: Previous experience supporting training and L&D programs
DEIB, CSR and L&D: Experience with learning management systems or engagement platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, Seismic/Lessonly, Lattice, etc.)
Progressive experience applying foundational knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth environment
