Serve as the primary human resources contact for a growing global workforce by providing day-to-day guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.
Coach and support managers in proactively addressing employee relations issues, fostering team engagement, and navigating sensitive workplace concerns in a constructive, legally compliant, and values-aligned manner.
Partner with managers and the Learning & Development Specialist to identify learning needs across regions and support the development and implementation of relevant learning and development opportunities.
Ensure seamless onboarding experiences by coordinating with EOR, People & Culture team members, hiring managers, IT, and other relevant departments.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and success profiles.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, behavioral science or relevant field, or education equivalent in work experience.
3+ years of experience in a generalist or HR business partner role within a global organization.
Strong understanding of employment law and HR practices in the US.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance global consistency with local nuance.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD certification or equivalent HR qualification (preferred).
Experience working for a large non-profit or NGO (preferred).
Experience partnering with an Employer-of-Record administrator (i.e., Remote) (preferred).
