Manager

• Develop a regional strategy for tier four engagement
• Responsible for implementing this strategy for tier four stakeholders across materials with the primary focus on wool and a secondary focus on other cotton and other animal materials
• Serve as the primary liaison between Textile Exchange and external stakeholders in Australia and New Zealand at the tier four level
• Nurture strong relationships to foster collaboration and build goodwill towards Textile Exchange
• Develop new relationships with emerging tier four stakeholders
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of work, and how their input was considered
• Act as a liaison between tier four stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to address shared challenges and opportunities to advance preferred production systems
• Track and report on the progress of tier four stakeholder engagement efforts, providing regular updates to senior management
• Support the organization and hosting of trips and events to foster collaboration among stakeholders
• Provide insights and recommendations to inform the strategic direction of our overall wool strategy
• Represent Textile Exchange at industry conferences, workshops, and meetings.

Senior Engagement Manager – 1 Year Contract

People Operations

• Serve as the primary human resources contact for a growing global workforce by providing day-to-day guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.
• Coach and support managers in proactively addressing employee relations issues, fostering team engagement, and navigating sensitive workplace concerns in a constructive, legally compliant, and values-aligned manner.
• Partner with managers and the Learning & Development Specialist to identify learning needs across regions and support the development and implementation of relevant learning and development opportunities.
• Ensure seamless onboarding experiences by coordinating with EOR, People & Culture team members, hiring managers, IT, and other relevant departments.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and success profiles.

People & Culture Business Partner

Accounting Manager

• Manage full accounting cycle, including month-end close, day-to-day accounting activities, billing, accounts receivable aging and accounts payable processing ensuring timely closes for P/L reporting
• Review and approve entries for payroll accounting for ADP and EOR companies on a monthly and bi-monthly basis including benefits and payroll reconciliations
• Act as backup for various accounting processes including expense report processing, payroll accounting entries, accrual entries for A/P, etc.
• Maintain general ledger in accordance with US GAAP accounting standards and internal accounting policies
• Monitor segregation of duties and internal controls to ensure the safeguarding of Textile Exchange assets
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end accounting schedules and share with management, auditors, and team associates
• Assist in the creation/modification of internal accounting policies
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate department team of two to three associates
• Identify potential improvements and implement after team/manager discussion(s)

Manager, Accounting

Executive Assistant

• Provide seamless, proactive support to the Chief Impact Officer, acting as the right hand to the CIO and supporting other Directors in the department.
• Inbox management and correspondence: sorting incoming emails by filing, prioritizing, and responding where appropriate whilst ensuring strict confidentiality.
• Schedule management: prioritizing and rescheduling as necessary and communicating with internal and external stakeholders to manage, prioritize, and follow through on requests and inquiries.
• Management of all travel arrangements: including transport, accommodation, itineraries, and visas when required.
• Expense management: reconcile monthly corporate card charges and reimbursements as required.
• Proactively ensure adequate meeting preparation, including relevant documents and briefings; record and disseminate notes and follow-up actions when required.
• Utilize internal systems (Salesforce, ClickUp, etc.) and ensure they are being updated accordingly on behalf of the CIO and their department.
• Maintain a working knowledge of priorities and follow up on key deadlines, deliverables, and action items until completed.
• Support with presentation creation, formatting, proofreading, help with building reports and information in a digestible and presentable format.
• Draft communications on behalf of the CIO for both internal and external use.
• Build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders; collaborate with other Assistants and the Chief of Staff to coordinate meetings and events.
• Partner with Communications and Events teams on media requests, conference planning, and industry engagements.
• Provide reminders of upcoming activities and ensure leaders are fully prepared; contribute to special projects and research as needed.
• Work autonomously in a complex, global organizational environment and perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Impact Officer.
• Secondary: Provide administrative support to other Directors in the division as appropriate.
