• Develop an effective know-how system to capture and propagate knowledge
• Document preparation, review, tracking deadlines, and maintaining digital records
• Support CLM data governance to ensure data consistency, compliance, and accuracy across systems
• Monitor and maintain data integrity and resolve quality issues
• Maintain contract and other legal templates
• Track contracts through the contract lifecycle
• Conduct legal research and assist with managing legal matters
• Submit invoices and assist with tracking legal expenses

• Provide leadership and oversight to the Standards and Policies sub-team
• Ensure decision making related to work of the Standards and Policies sub-team is informed and balanced
• Lead the design, structure, and functionality of the Standard System document suite
