About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support U.S. payroll, HR systems, employee data management, compliance, and reporting
- Process semi-monthly U.S. payroll accurately and on time across multiple states
- Administer payroll-related state tax accounts and compliance requirements
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Support annual payroll and compensation processes and audits
- Serve as primary administrator for BambooHR and maintain HRIS data integrity
- Coordinate onboarding and employee setup processes
- Support day-to-day People & Culture operations and special projects
- Reconcile monthly benefit invoices against payroll deductions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 + years of U.S. payroll and HRIS experience
- Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll
- Experience administering BambooHR or similar HRIS platforms
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of payroll compliance and wage and hour regulations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
- Based in the United States
