• Lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, and performance of the product portfolio.

• Implement AWS cloud standards for infrastructure, networking, and software components, optimizing for security, speed, and cost-efficiency.
• Support new technologies to stay ahead of the needs of the business.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure their applications are optimized for deployment in an IaC environment, and meet security and compliance requirements.
• Support and maintain automation and deployment processes to enable and improve developer experience and efficiency.
• Support our pattern libraries for IaC to enable developers to 'plug-and-play' to build out their own environments.
• Support monitoring and logging solutions to allow development teams to assure their platform is performing at its best.
• Encourage developer autonomy and self-service by contributing to developer training and documentation for Platform products.
• Promote a supportive culture focused on building reliable systems and processes based on established best practices in the industry.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in AWS, including security, performance and scalability issues.
• Support our security and compliance measures to ensure the AWS services meets regulatory requirements.
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide support for internal developer services.
