Account Manager

Account Executive

• Support the day-to-day management of your clients, effectively servicing them, and proactively contributing to growing client and agency business.
• Support the Client Development function with the creation of, or access to, materials or content.
• Ability to explain your media plan rationale to your line managers and work on translating that into client decks and emails, ensuring that your recommendation is delivered on the client brief.
• Media plan development, RFP collation, grid development, DoMedia utilization, Platform/mapping, Planning tools & systems, posting instructions, creating POP reports, etc.
• Small-level plan/project development/ownership, low-level negotiations, and managing client relationships with high-level oversight from the line manager are the main tasks.
• Assist in managing shared file drive systems, ensuring all documents and content are appropriately saved and regularly updated. Compile, organize, and maintain accurate, up-to-date campaign files such as buy specs, decks, POP, etc.
• With oversight, responsible for billups’ delivery in ensuring the timely activation of media campaigns for your clients.
• Track campaign start dates and ensures everything is ready to go live on time; liaise with relevant vendors to manage artwork delivery and approval processes.
• With oversight, responsible campaign reporting for your clients - access ‘Proof of Posting (POP)’ and Campaign Attribution, ensuring this is received by clients and/or their agencies in a timely fashion.
• Generate consistency and maintain high accuracy in all work through the adoption of appropriate templates and guidelines, ensuring operational excellence.

• Drive the business forward leading key clients and managing direct reports.
• Work closely with the Client Strategy Director to deliver and monitor client business plans, forecast and day to day business tasks.
• Mentor colleagues and people out of the business.

Account Manager – OOH Media

• Help to respond to briefs to show how billups products/services can help clients achieve their goals in programmatic OOH
• Set up programmatic campaigns using a range of targeting criteria across DSP and proprietary platform
• Report and analyze live campaign performance weekly and produce end-of-campaign reports
• Independently monitor and pace campaigns; optimize as needed and troubleshoot common issues
• Monitor campaign delivery (performance and pacing) and manage multiple clients
• Communicate with clients confidently, handle basic difficult situations, and identify upsell opportunities
• Assist in ensuring campaigns are reconciled promptly and accurately in finance systems
• Create campaign reports and produce weekly, monthly and quarterly performance analysis
• Use pipeline management tools and build case studies to assist revenue generation
• Champion product offering and build understanding of competitors
• Help determine media owner selection, pricing and volume; liaise with Trading team to execute supply/demand tactics

Senior Account Executive, Programmatic

• Media Planning & Buying: manage clients, contribute to growing client and agency business, understand client strategies and KPIs, support Client Development, develop strategic writing skills, review and approve media-related contracts, lead end-to-end planning and account ownership
• Project Management: manage shared file drives, ensure timely activation of media campaigns, liaise with vendors on artwork delivery and approvals, manage campaign reporting (Proof of Posting and Campaign Attribution), adopt templates and guidelines, juggle multiple deadlines, coordinate calendars and meetings, strong adoption of tools and systems
• Thought Leadership: develop industry knowledge, attend meetings and events, share knowledge and best practices, advocate Billups' mission/vision/purpose, contribute to company initiatives, stay up to date on OOH media landscape
• Business Development: develop and convert new business opportunities, collaborate with team leadership and Client Development, help identify revenue growth opportunities, maintain vendor relationships and margin goals, secure and execute prospect meetings
• Professionalism and Compliance: comply with company policies and procedures, complete assigned company training, adopt and contribute to tools and systems
• Team Leadership Duties: supervise and lead Assistants/Account Executives/Senior Account Executives, provide training and onboarding, monitor workflow, conduct regular 1:1s, address underperformance, champion organizational change, ensure clear communication, manage and resolve conflicts, establish team goals, foster collaboration and inclusion, identify and develop future leaders

• Senior responsibility for day-to-day management of the whole Client Services function to service clients and grow client and agency business
• Drive Client Development support and lead new business and large client opportunities with strategic storytelling and vision
• Oversee strategic media plan development, tactical rationale, and ensure team training on planning and implementation tools
