Program Manager

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional programs involving multiple systems and business teams
• Act as the bridge between Product/Engineering teams and Finance/Operations stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements, workflows, and priorities
• Translate complex business scenarios into clear, actionable inputs for technical teams, and ensure outputs meet business needs
• Drive clarity across interdependent work streams including data readiness, integrations, process design, and testing

Learning and Development Trainer

Manager

• Create programmatic proposals as a response to the RFPs from billups media team
• Create programmatic campaigns in multiple DSP seats that billups use
• Manage and optimize current programmatic campaigns
• Create campaign reports
• Participate in team training and meetings
• Support teams to create and execute programmatic campaigns for our clients
• Negotiate PMP deals with the suppliers
• Optimize ongoing programmatic campaigns and make sure they are reaching the goals. Troubleshoot any issues connected with this process
• Engage new and existing customers with demo calls and introduction meetings in order to inform them about existing and upcoming tech products and services
• Be responsible for maintaining the level of margin and revenue as per KPI, as well as other KPIs connected with this role
• Work with the Media team to maintain accurate tracking and forecasting revenue and margin growth
• Perform Media and Business teams training, actively participate in team meetings and workshops
• Update and maintain internal and external facing Programmatic resources as required

Programmatic Manager

Financial Planning and Analysis

• The Head of Commercial & Investment – Asia is responsible for driving billups’ commercial and investment initiatives across Asia to support overall business growth.
• This role will lead the region’s pricing strategy, trading approach, and commercial partnerships, while strengthening relationships with media owners, clients, and agencies.
• The role will also support market leads and planning teams to ensure client KPIs are consistently delivered.
• The position requires a strategic commercial mindset combined with strong investment and trading expertise, enabling billups to deliver best-in-class investment performance across the region.
• This individual will report to the Global Chief Revenue Officer and work closely with billups’ regional leadership team, including the CEO, Managing Directors across the network.

Head of Commercial & Investment – Asia

Account Executive

• Support clients by being a point of contact
• Manage client project requests and expectations while supporting internal team day-to-day tasks and projects
• Support media supplier relationship management and work with the media team to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns
• Keep track of campaign start dates, manage artwork delivery and approval, and manage Proof of Posting and campaign reports
• Manage campaign photography and videography and post campaign reports
• Liaise with client leads, the Finance team, Client Managers and Client Directors to resolve issues or discrepancies
• Develop strong relationships with agencies, clients and media owners while sharing knowledge and best practice across the team

Account Manager

• Effectively service day-to-day client interactions, support managers and team in handling inquiries, and proactively contribute to client and agency business growth by delivering against strategic objectives and KPIs.
• Support the Client Development function with the creation of, or access to, materials or content.
• Showcases strong understanding and execution of media planning and buying end-to-end process.
• Assist in managing shared file drive systems, ensuring all documents and content are appropriately saved and regularly updated.
• Responsible for ensuring the timely activation of media campaigns for your clients.
• Assist campaign reporting for your clients.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in work through the adoption and use of appropriate templates and guidelines.
• Develop and grow your industry knowledge through meeting and event attendance, company training, conducting site visits, and engaging with billups’ communication platforms.

Operations

• The Campaign Operations Team undertakes specialist responsibilities in driving billups’ business forward, developing and nurturing client and partner relationships.
• As part of our Client Services function, the Campaign Ops Executive role collaborates closely with peers, Senior Account Executive(s), Account Manager(s), Senior Account Manager(s), Account Director(s) and Senior Account Director(s).
• Advocacy and implementation of billups’ regional mission / vision / purpose, strategies, platform and services, across your clients.
• Client and partner delivery, by being a point of daily servicing support, helping manage requests and expectations proactively, and ensuring our strategic and executional delivery against KPIs exceeds expectations.
• Helping your Account Manager(s) and Senior Account Manager(s) identify ways of delivering organic and diversified revenue growth; helping convert these.
• Helping your Account Manager(s) and Senior Account Manager(s) develop and convert new business opportunities. Helping establish target plans against key accounts and categories. Helping identify, secure and execute meetings with prospects and leads, collaborating closely with Client Development function colleagues in doing so.
• Supporting supplier relationships on a daily basis, regarding the development and execution of industry-leading OOH planning.
• Collaborating with the Investment Team regarding trade deal alignment and optimisation across markets and vendors.
• Complying with all company and departmental policies and procedures. Following process, and enhancing this as needed, to ensure quality consistency. Adopting tools and systems; contributing to their development and deployment as required, including participating in requirement definition and testing periods.
• Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks and projects internally.
• Helping liaise with wider billups’ centralised resources within existing or new conversations - for example Marketing, PlatSol and Design Teams.

Campaign Ops Executive

Full-stack Engineer

• You will design, code, and support applications while solving problems and collaborating with team members in a highly technical environment.
• You’ll work across the full stack using .Net, ReactJS, SQL Server, and AWS technologies, performing application support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure optimal performance.
• You’ll write clean, efficient code, develop unit, integration, and E2E tests, implement security best practices, and contribute ideas and research while sharing knowledge with the team.
• You’ll work in cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, provide constructive feedback in code reviews, participate actively in team meetings, communicate challenges, and continue learning independently.
