Operations

• The Campaign Operations Team undertakes specialist responsibilities in driving billups’ business forward, developing and nurturing client and partner relationships.
• As part of our Client Services function, the Campaign Ops Executive role collaborates closely with peers, Senior Account Executive(s), Account Manager(s), Senior Account Manager(s), Account Director(s) and Senior Account Director(s).
• Advocacy and implementation of billups’ regional mission / vision / purpose, strategies, platform and services, across your clients.
• Client and partner delivery, by being a point of daily servicing support, helping manage requests and expectations proactively, and ensuring our strategic and executional delivery against KPIs exceeds expectations.
• Helping your Account Manager(s) and Senior Account Manager(s) identify ways of delivering organic and diversified revenue growth; helping convert these.
• Helping your Account Manager(s) and Senior Account Manager(s) develop and convert new business opportunities. Helping establish target plans against key accounts and categories. Helping identify, secure and execute meetings with prospects and leads, collaborating closely with Client Development function colleagues in doing so.
• Supporting supplier relationships on a daily basis, regarding the development and execution of industry-leading OOH planning.
• Collaborating with the Investment Team regarding trade deal alignment and optimisation across markets and vendors.
• Complying with all company and departmental policies and procedures. Following process, and enhancing this as needed, to ensure quality consistency. Adopting tools and systems; contributing to their development and deployment as required, including participating in requirement definition and testing periods.
• Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks and projects internally.
• Helping liaise with wider billups’ centralised resources within existing or new conversations - for example Marketing, PlatSol and Design Teams.

Campaign Ops Executive

Full-stack Engineer

• You will design, code, and support applications while solving problems and collaborating with team members in a highly technical environment.
• You’ll work across the full stack using .Net, ReactJS, SQL Server, and AWS technologies, performing application support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure optimal performance.
• You’ll write clean, efficient code, develop unit, integration, and E2E tests, implement security best practices, and contribute ideas and research while sharing knowledge with the team.
• You’ll work in cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, provide constructive feedback in code reviews, participate actively in team meetings, communicate challenges, and continue learning independently.

• Support the administrative functions of billups Learning Lab, our internal L&D Center of Excellence.
• Support the coordination of a variety of global training programs, ensuring that employees across all levels have access to meaningful learning opportunities.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and organizing training sessions, workshops, and other development initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics for training programs, including virtual platform setup, learning technology utilization, and material distribution.
• Maintain training calendars and communicate opportunities to employees.
• Manage and maintain L&D records, including attendance, certifications, and feedback.

Human Resources Business Partner – EMEA

Account Executive

• You’ll support the Programmatic Team’s Account Managers and Director across all facets of a campaign, helping respond to briefs, setting up programmatic campaigns using a range of targeting criteria across DSPs and our proprietary platform, and reporting and analyzing live campaign performance.
• You will ensure strong attention to detail and high-quality, consistent work, independently monitor and pace campaigns, troubleshoot common issues, and optimize as needed.
• You’ll contribute to campaign reporting, performance analysis, product and pipeline tasks, and media supply optimization while helping manage clients, identifying upsell opportunities, and supporting accurate campaign reconciliation.

Programmatic Account Executive

Controller

• The Controller directly oversees UK entities and supports the Finance Manager EMEA with:
• UK Entity Ownership: Manage all financial activities for the UK businesses, ensuring local operational excellence.
• SSC Supervision: Oversee Shared Service Center activities for UK GL, AP, AR, and reconciliations.
• UK Audit & Tax Coordination: Lead annual audits and tax return preparation with external CPA firms.
• VAT filings: prepare and lead declaration Tax fillings.
• UK Statutory Filings: Prepare for (file) fiscal and statutory reports to authorities.
• GAAP Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to US GAAP, Local GAAP, and regional tax regulations.
• Strategic Reporting: Deliver periodic and annual financial insights and status reports.
• Month-End Delivery: Execute accurate month-end closing, including journal entries and data consolidation.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Support annual budget cycles and lead UK forward-looking financial analysis.
• EMEA Collaboration: Provide regional "cover-up" and support for other EMEA countries to maintain continuity.
• Trend Analysis: Identify financial risks and trends, proactively recommending corrective actions.
• Process Evolution: Implement global financial policies, internal controls, and reporting systems.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Responsible for the successful operation of the finance department including internal financial reporting, general ledger accounting, treasury, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cost accounting, tax compliance, client finance, and inventory accounting supervision of accounting staff and all tax audits.
• Ensures ethics, financial clarity and transparency while recommending and leading initiatives to improve profits and relationships.
