Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the end-to-end design process, from wireframing and user flow optimization to high-fidelity UI prototyping.
  • Build and maintain scalable UI libraries and design systems.
  • Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, innovative and aesthetically superior interfaces.
  • Ensure digital products reflect the brand’s visual identity.
  • Act as the bridge between strategy, creative, and engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility without compromising design integrity.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years in design roles, with at least 3 years focused on digital product/UI/UX leadership.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma (including advanced prototyping, variables, and auto-layout).
  • Strong grasp of cognitive frameworks (e.g., Miller’s Law) and accessibility standards.
  • Familiarity with front-end constraints (HTML/CSS/React).
  • Ability to hand off clean, pixel-perfect assets to developers.
  • Examples of projects that clearly demonstrate articulation of complex design systems and scalable UI libraries.
  • Experience in agency environments or design-led tech companies is preferred.
