About the role
- Drive efficiency through targeted process optimization, automation and AI integration.
- Together with the Group CSO and in close collaboration with Technology & Operations, you shape the future of our sales processes — both strategically and operationally.
- You analyze existing CRM and BI processes in a data-driven way with a focus on improving sales efficiency and further develop them purposefully.
- You identify automation potentials early and implement measures to reduce manual tasks.
- You apply AI-supported solutions such as lead scoring and forecasting and continuously refine them.
- You not only use existing systems like MS Dynamics 365 or HubSpot effectively, but also help evolve them.
- In close exchange with internal stakeholders, you design smart and future-proof sales processes.
Requirements
- You have a solid technical understanding of processes and systems — ideally complemented by experience in a sales or marketing environment.
- CRM systems such as MS Dynamics 365 or HubSpot are familiar to you and you can get up to speed with them quickly.
- You are proficient with AI technologies in a sales context and have successfully implemented AI rollouts.
- Analytical thinking, clear communication and a hands-on mentality characterize you.
- You have professional experience at a mid- to senior level and want to contribute both strategically and operationally.
- You bring business-fluent German and English skills.
