About the role

  • Use advanced search tools, social networks, and databases to identify and contact potential candidates.
  • Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit to determine suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews, track applications, and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, university forums, and professional events to promote employer brand and build candidate relationships.
  • Contribute to recruitment-related projects (improving processes, creating content, implementing initiatives to attract talent).
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment campaign performance and provide regular reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • A first experience in recruitment
  • Native in French & fluent in English
  • Autonomous, organized
  • Very good relation skills
  • Ability to work in a metrics-driven fast-paced environment
