About the role
- Use advanced search tools, social networks, and databases to identify and contact potential candidates.
- Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit to determine suitability.
- Coordinate interviews, track applications, and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Represent the company at job fairs, university forums, and professional events to promote employer brand and build candidate relationships.
- Contribute to recruitment-related projects (improving processes, creating content, implementing initiatives to attract talent).
- Monitor and analyze recruitment campaign performance and provide regular reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- A first experience in recruitment
- Native in French & fluent in English
- Autonomous, organized
- Very good relation skills
- Ability to work in a metrics-driven fast-paced environment
