About the role
- Identify and analyze recruitment needs with hiring managers
- Implement an effective sourcing strategy (job boards, social media, talent pools, etc.)
- Write and publish job advertisements on the most relevant channels
- Pre-screen and evaluate applications
- Work closely with operational teams to track and support your candidates
- Manage administrative tasks using our ERP/CRM (candidate records, tracking, evaluations)
- Participate in HR communications and help promote our employer brand
- Support school relations, job forums, trade shows, and recruitment events
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5 or equivalent)
- Familiarity with the industrial engineering sector would be a plus
