About the role
- Own recruitment activities in close collaboration with the Head of Recruitment
- Work daily with all departments across the company
- Define job profiles and gather hiring needs
- Build a pipeline of relevant candidates and conduct regular interviews
- Track candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Manage the recruitment cycle up to the issuance of job offers
- Provide regular activity reporting to the Head of Recruitment
- Represent the company at recruitment-related events
- Contribute to the recruitment communication plan
Requirements
- Proven first experience in a similar role
- Autonomous, organized and with strong interpersonal skills
- Ideally experienced in the video game industry or related sectors
- Absolute respect for confidentiality and agility in executing tasks
- Ability to independently manage a recruitment pipeline
- Familiar with sourcing techniques beyond job boards
- Strong relationship-building skills to establish trust
- Autonomy, rigor, methodical approach and team spirit are required
- Good written and spoken English
