About the role

  • Define and lead Bigblue’s talent acquisition strategy — align hiring priorities with business objectives
  • Lead, coach, and develop other TAMs as the team scales
  • Own the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing to offer, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines — proactively identify, engage, and develop relationships with top talent across key markets and functions
  • Partner with hiring managers — advise, coach, and challenge them to define needs, write job descriptions, and make great hires
  • Drive employer branding initiatives — showcase culture, mission, and impact to attract candidates
  • Measure and optimize — track recruitment metrics, report on progress, and continuously improve hiring processes

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Previous experience leading or supervising a recruitment team
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Proven success managing end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing and closing senior-level roles
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques, especially for tech and operations roles
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for creating a great candidate experience and building authentic employer branding
  • Bonus: Fluent in Spanish
