Trusted adviser to business leaders and staff providing HR consultation and solutions
Serves as the primary interface to BeyondTrust's Go-to-Market (GTM) International (EMEA & APAC) business unit to deliver core HR initiatives and business unit specific projects
Develop trusted relationships with key senior stakeholders, people leaders and functional team members to proactively support business needs
Provide coaching and guidance on talent-related initiatives and programs
Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
Support core people programs and processes (performance management, salary and talent reviews)
Counsel and/or coach employees and provide expert advice on complex employee cases
Manage employee relations issues
Coach and enable people managers to be more effective leaders
Analyze data and surface trends to help improve organizational health
Partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards & HR Operations teams
Requirements
5+ years of progressive HR experience with strong business acumen
HR experience in Europe; desirable regional experience includes EMEA and APAC
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Ability to grain trust, respect and support through business knowledge and functional competence
Ability to exercise strict confidentiality in all matters
Ability to juggle competing/multiple priorities and deliverables
Ability to adapt & support business change
Experience in providing HR support to Go-To-Market/Sales departments (nice to have)
