About the role

  • Lead the design and delivery of initiatives strengthening engagement and culture

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in HR or related field preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in employee engagement or HR leadership roles
  • Proven track record designing global engagement programs
  • Strong business acumen linking employee experience to retention
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
  • Experience working in global organizations preferred
  • Experience with employee engagement tools
  • Change management expertise or certification
  • Strategic vision with hands-on program execution
