- 8+ years of experience in employee engagement or HR leadership roles
- Proven track record designing global engagement programs
- Strong business acumen linking employee experience to retention
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
- Experience working in global organizations preferred
- Experience with employee engagement tools
- Change management expertise or certification
- Strategic vision with hands-on program execution
