Account Manager

• Develop and enable the continued growth of Fleetworthy’s strategic partners and resellers

Senior Partner Account Manager

Customer Support

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, ensuring clear, professional, and empathetic communication across our industry-leading product suite.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues, including billing questions, exercising sound judgment to determine when to resolve independently and when to escalate.
• Maintain and update customer accounts in our proprietary internal platforms and CRM software with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with peers and internal partners to deliver timely resolutions and a seamless customer experience.

• Expand revenue from the existing customer base by strategically providing a fantastic experience and upselling/cross-selling by being inquisitive, understanding the customers’ needs, and applying a partner-based approach to sales
• Achieve sales targets, maintain, and develop a strong pipeline of opportunities from existing customer base
• Build a strong understanding of client and industry segmentation, behavior, and insights to drive customer lifetime value
• Ownership of customer engagement including customer upsell/cross-sell and renewals
• Establish, manage, and grow value-based relationships through exceptional communication and follow through to ensure customer satisfaction, resulting in high customer retention
• Serve as voice of the customer to prioritize feature requests and platform improvements during product discussions for Colibri to improve our business solutions using the customer feedback loop

Implementation Specialist

• Own the implementation process from customer kickoff through successful launch and service activation.
• Partner with customers to understand business objectives, operational workflows, stakeholder expectations, and desired outcomes.
• Establish implementation plans, success criteria, timelines, milestones, and governance structures that keep projects on track.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions to ensure solutions are configured to support customer goals.
• Drive timely launches that accelerate customer adoption and value realization.
• Serve as the primary implementation advisor and trusted partner throughout onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and become a credible expert on Fleetworthy solutions.
• Facilitate customer kickoff meetings, weekly status meetings, and executive-level communications.
• Provide personalized training that equips customers to confidently use Fleetworthy's platforms and services.
• Proactively identify risks, remove obstacles, and resolve issues before they impact the customer experience.
• Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success Managers, Operations teams, and subject matter experts to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Translate customer goals and purchased services into actionable implementation plans.
• Coordinate with third-party providers, agencies, and vendors to establish required integrations, access, and service readiness.
• Ensure successful handoffs and alignment across teams throughout onboarding and post-launch support.
• Align customers on measurable success criteria and key performance indicators from the start of implementation.
• Guide customers through solution activation, adoption, and early value realization.
• Support post-launch engagement and optimization activities to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes.
• Help identify opportunities to expand value through additional Fleetworthy solutions and services.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, playbooks, and onboarding best practices.
• Help standardize processes that improve quality, efficiency, and consistency across customer implementations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, implementation records, and progress tracking.
• Provide feedback on project timelines, resource requirements, and process enhancements.

Product Manager

• Work closely with the VP of Product and Senior Leadership to gain a deep understanding of the product vision, direction, and needs within your product area. Promote the vision throughout the company to ensure Development, Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing efforts are aligned and moving in concert.
• Define and continuously evolve lean product methodologies and processes within your product area, setting a strong example of best practices.
• Lead and scale a continuous discovery practice, coaching internal stakeholders on customer-centric product thinking.
• Drive synthesis of user research, interviews, and prototype feedback into clear, actionable strategic recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Own and maintain product documentation standards within your area. Define and review requirements, user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for complex product functions and features.
• Own the Product Owner seat at the Agile table by setting priorities, unblocking the team, and keeping delivery aligned with the product vision.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle including design, development, testing, and post-launch assessment for major product releases.
• Navigate ambiguity and competing priorities to balance business objectives with customer needs, making principled trade-offs and presenting clear recommendations to leadership.
• Drive strategic decisions on scope and delivery, defining MLP (Minimum Lovable Product) thresholds while maintaining a long-term product vision. Serve as the senior internal authority on your product area across all teams.
• Define and own a product analytics framework within your area. Lead analysis of adoption, usage trends, and business outcomes. Synthesize user feedback from multiple channels into a prioritized roadmap of impactful enhancements, and present recommendations to leadership.
• Own the release governance process within your product area, ensuring product quality, scope integrity, and delivery timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams. Conduct and oversee QA acceptance testing and coordinate user acceptance testing.
• Partner with customers and key stakeholders to validate strategic concepts, themes, and prototypes. Define, track, and report on product-area KPIs tied to business outcomes.
• Provide clear, consistent communication to leadership on roadmap status, product impact, and priorities, including risks, trade-offs, and mitigation plans.
• Own and continuously refine the product backlog, applying strategic prioritization to maximize business value and team throughput.
