Product Manager

• Work closely with the VP of Product and Senior Leadership to gain a deep understanding of the product vision, direction, and needs within your product area. Promote the vision throughout the company to ensure Development, Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing efforts are aligned and moving in concert.
• Define and continuously evolve lean product methodologies and processes within your product area, setting a strong example of best practices.
• Lead and scale a continuous discovery practice, coaching internal stakeholders on customer-centric product thinking.
• Drive synthesis of user research, interviews, and prototype feedback into clear, actionable strategic recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Own and maintain product documentation standards within your area. Define and review requirements, user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for complex product functions and features.
• Own the Product Owner seat at the Agile table by setting priorities, unblocking the team, and keeping delivery aligned with the product vision.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle including design, development, testing, and post-launch assessment for major product releases.
• Navigate ambiguity and competing priorities to balance business objectives with customer needs, making principled trade-offs and presenting clear recommendations to leadership.
• Drive strategic decisions on scope and delivery, defining MLP (Minimum Lovable Product) thresholds while maintaining a long-term product vision. Serve as the senior internal authority on your product area across all teams.
• Define and own a product analytics framework within your area. Lead analysis of adoption, usage trends, and business outcomes. Synthesize user feedback from multiple channels into a prioritized roadmap of impactful enhancements, and present recommendations to leadership.
• Own the release governance process within your product area, ensuring product quality, scope integrity, and delivery timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams. Conduct and oversee QA acceptance testing and coordinate user acceptance testing.
• Partner with customers and key stakeholders to validate strategic concepts, themes, and prototypes. Define, track, and report on product-area KPIs tied to business outcomes.
• Provide clear, consistent communication to leadership on roadmap status, product impact, and priorities, including risks, trade-offs, and mitigation plans.
• Own and continuously refine the product backlog, applying strategic prioritization to maximize business value and team throughput.

Senior Product Manager

Infrastructure Engineer

• Define and own the infrastructure architecture vision across Fleetworthy's production environments, including how systems are designed, connected, and operated
• Establish centralized observability standards adopted across all teams
• Define standards for how AI workloads are hosted, scaled, and integrated across the organization
• Advise on security architecture, partnering with the security manager to ensure infrastructure decisions align with compliance requirements
• Work alongside embedded architects in Technical Operations, setting standards and providing guidance
• Partner closely with the Staff Software Architect to maintain clear, complementary standards across both domains

• Lead and mentor teams of software developers, supporting their career growth and performance
• Manage team performance using engineering management metrics and software engineering best practices to drive continuous improvement and accountability
• Manage a portfolio of internal business applications, ensuring ongoing stability, performance, and scalability
• Oversee the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including design, planning, implementation, deployment, and support

• Develops trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders.
• Resolves, escalates, and manages the resolution of challenging client requests and/or complex account demands.
• Assesses customer needs, identifies customer requirements, and develops cohesive plans that improve the customer’s adoption of the Fleetworthy program to the mutual benefit of the customer and Fleetworthy.
• Evaluates client data such as revenue, violation, bypass and toll usage, to prepare relevant and accurate reports and implement action plans as needed.
• Schedules and prepares regularly occurring customer business reviews to set objectives, provide recommendations for program optimization and identify shortfalls in customer engagement.
• Continually seeks and communicates improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborates with the marketing and sales departments to brainstorm new campaigns and obtain Customer Reviews.
• Solicits customer feedback to inform new concepts for products/services; collaborate with the sales team to find new opportunities for account growth.
• Ensures attainment of both performance and activity-based goals on a quarterly basis and proactively engages resources available to achieve them.
