About the role
- Conduct outbound calls to clients, primarily veterans, to engage them in meaningful conversations about their experience
- Guide clients through structured conversations to capture testimonials
- Schedule and conduct video testimonial sessions with clients
- Build rapport and trust quickly while representing Berry Law’s mission and brand voice
- Collect, document, and organize client feedback for internal use
- Meet and exceed outreach and engagement goals
- Strengthen relationships and help share clients' stories through high-volume phone and video outreach
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, call center, or client-facing roles
- Strong communication skills (phone and video)
- Veteran status or strong affinity for the veteran community is highly valued
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume outreach environment
- Tech-savvy and able to use remote tools for video calls, scheduling, and tracking
