About the role
- Create and implement global market access strategies for pipeline hematology assets
- Identify evidentiary gaps in clinical development for optimal reimbursement and pricing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence trial design and evidence
- Prepare for market access and pricing of inline assets
- Develop comprehensive market access strategies in conjunction with Pricing and HEOR teams
- Serve as the primary contact for Regional and Country Access Teams on access-related inquiries
- Work with Clinical, Medical Affairs, HEOR, and Commercial teams to align development and commercialization plans with payer needs
- Monitor competitor activities and payer requirements to refine access strategies
- Analyze pricing trends and market conditions to inform strategy adjustments
Requirements
- BA/BS required; MA/MS preferred
- 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- At least 5 years in market access or HEOR
- Experience in HTA markets and a deep understanding of the U.S. managed care environment
- Proven experience in product launches and the global pricing and reimbursement landscape
- Ability to communicate and collaborate across cultures and functions
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
