About the role
- Lead the strategic direction, performance, and growth of Kate Farms' Pediatric Portfolio
- Oversee brand strategy, commercialization, and cross-functional execution across medical, eCommerce, Amazon, and retail channels
- Manage a brand management team driving alignment across marketing, sales, and operations
- Develops and owns the Pediatric Portfolio's strategic roadmap and P&L
- Directs Pediatric Portfolio GTM strategies and cross-functional launch execution
- Implements pricing strategy for Pediatric Portfolio
- Ensure integration of Pediatric Portfolio initiatives into the broader commercial marketing plan
- Represent Pediatric Portfolio in cross-functional leadership meetings and strategic planning sessions
- Escalate strategic portfolio decisions and investment recommendations to VP, Commercial Marketing
- Manage and mentor the Senior Brand Manager and Associate Brand Manager
- Lead Pediatric Portfolio omnichannel campaign strategy and budget allocation
- Use data and insights to inform strategy, track performance, and optimize marketing investments
- Own Pediatric Portfolio P&L, including revenue, margin and A&P budget
Requirements
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or commercial strategy in healthcare, OTC, or CPG
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives
- Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI tracking, forecasting, and P&L ownership
- Expertise in omnichannel marketing and GTM strategy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
