Lead complex B2B implementations and development of Benifex’s SaaS solution for new and existing customers
Establish strong collaboration internally and externally and align customer expectations with delivery
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, with high product adoption and customer satisfaction
Work closely with integration, configuration, and content specialists and own projects from first customer contact through launch
Identify value-creating opportunities for customers and build engagement through stakeholder management
Plan squad resources and customer deliverables proactively and strategically to ensure efficient and profitable launches
Create and implement communication plans to ensure employee engagement at launch
Drive continuous development of processes focusing on customer experience, scalability, and quality
Create and communicate clear project plans with ongoing follow-up to ensure customers deliver required input on time
Requirements
Solid experience in customer-facing project management and/or coordinating role involving complex problem solving within tech, SaaS, IT, or similar fields
Proven experience leading complex implementations, preferably in customer-centric environments
Familiarity with agile methods and project management methodologies
Strong technical interest and an eye for detail
Service-oriented and professional approach focused on customer satisfaction
Communicative leadership style
Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
