About the role
- Own strategic vision and execution of Benevity’s Donate product line
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product managers and owners
- Act as player-coach contributing to roadmap strategy, client discovery, and execution
- Define and communicate product vision and roadmap aligned to company growth strategy
- Translate usage data, client KPIs, and market signals into product strategies
- Build investment narratives aligning executives and cross-functional partners
- Own outcomes for the Donate product, refine roadmap, processes, and resourcing
- Anticipate risks, adjust priorities, and ensure visible measurable outcomes at executive level
Requirements
- 15+ years of enterprise CSR SaaS experience
- 5+ years in senior product leadership roles
- Deep domain expertise in CSR, corporate giving, money movement, and global disbursement strategies
- Proven ability to deliver enterprise-grade, scalable solutions across highly regulated and complex environments
- Strong background in omni-channel engagement strategies (SMS, email, collaboration tools integration)
- Experience applying AI and automation to product delivery and client engagement
- Exceptional communication and executive presence
- Player-coach leadership style with mentoring and hands-on contribution
