About the role
- Lead one of Benifex’s most critical product pillars and shape product vision and strategy
- Drive adoption and deep multi-product penetration across customers’ employee base
- Identify and deliver AI and automation opportunities to add differentiated user value
- Build, coach and scale a product team that obsesses over customers and moves quickly
- Champion a seamless, integrated experience across the product suite, balancing usability, performance and scalability
- Communicate product vision and provide context to the right people at the right time
- Own KPIs across multiple squads and align product strategy with Benifex goals
- Collaborate with global product leadership, engineering and cross-functional teams to scale from 5 million to 50 million users
- Responsible for overseeing ~8 squads and multiple products within the pillar
Requirements
- Experience working in best in class product organisations or high-growth startups (e.g., Google, Booking.com, Uber, Deliveroo, JustEat)
- Experience in building out a global suite of products and taking products from 1 to 10
- Extensive experience in global product management in the B2B SaaS sector, leading multiple products across multiple markets/regions
- Demonstrated ability in building and leading high-calibre product organisations (leading 5+ squads/product managers)
- Experience embedding AI across products and building AI-enhanced features
- Proven ability to build a multi-market product and balance priorities across geographies
- Strong judgement and ability to make decisions in complex situations with no single "right" answer
- Obsession with engagement, retention, and long-term value creation; comfortable defining and owning KPIs across multiple squads
- Excellent storytelling, influencing and communication skills to inspire stakeholders and teams
- Willingness to get hands-on when necessary to fill gaps
- Must be based in the UK, Germany or Ireland; visa sponsorship is not available
