• Review incoming applications for non-management positions to ensure candidates meet minimum qualifications.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess work history, skills, availability, communication style, and overall fit for the position and the company.

• Advance qualified candidates to on-site interviews with hiring managers and coordinate onsite interview scheduling.

• Handle and convert incoming guest calls always meeting touchpoint expectations during guest interactions to close the sale.
• Ensure compliance with GRSC call flow, touchpoints, and selling strategies.

Global Reservations Sales Specialist

Business Intelligence Developer

• Provide day-to-day administrative support for the benefits programs across all Pyramid Global Hospitality locations.
• Completion and maintenance of ongoing benefits-related tasks and assisting with ongoing training to support the property HR Partners and associates.
• Excellent customer service to all property HR teams, property associates, and Home Office staff related to all benefits questions, enrollment issues, member doctor/facility situations, etc.
• Acts as first-level support / triage for complex benefits issues.
• Assist with and occasionally lead specific training and education sessions related to the company’s benefit offerings.
• Liaises with all benefit carriers, insurance brokers, and properties to ensure Benefit Programs function properly.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Serve as the primary financial advisor to the General Managers, ownership, and corporate leadership for all assigned hotels.
• Develop and execute annual operating budgets, capital budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans for each property.
• Analyze financial performance, market trends, and operational metrics to identify opportunities that improve profitability and asset value.
• Provide strategic recommendations regarding labor management, expense controls, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiencies.
• Partner with Revenue Management, Sales, and Operations to maximize revenue, GOP, and EBITDA performance.
• Provide financial oversight for all accounting operations across the three hotels.
• Ensure consistency in accounting practices, financial reporting, and internal controls throughout the portfolio.
• Review monthly financial statements, variance analyses, forecasts, and key performance indicators with each property's leadership team.

Area Director – Finance

Learning and Development

• Guide the instructional design of new Spanish and dual products, providing a professional developer/practitioner perspective on content to help ensure best practices
• Collaborate with content developers, authors, and consultants to conceptualize new products and develop program matrices and scope and sequences based on ELA, ELD and content standards
• Attend Content Development working meetings to support the conceptualization and prototyping of all new components
• Develop scope and sequences, working with content developers and outside consultants as needed
