About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Handle and convert incoming guest calls always meeting touchpoint expectations during guest interactions to close the sale.
Ensure compliance with GRSC call flow, touchpoints, and selling strategies.
Complete daily administrative routines (system logins, checklists, e mails, trainings).
Manage guest voicemails and conduct callbacks.
Monitor and manage property waitlists, including availability checks and guest callbacks.
Engage in extensive training modules (Back to Basics, OSHA, Security Awareness, property-specific training).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to work in a remote work setting with a quiet and free of distraction background.
Ability to work a flex schedule to reflect business needs, with holiday and weekend hours required.
Prior experience in hotel and sales required.
Strong internet with hot spot back up, dual computer screen required.
Strong computer and typing skills with knowledge of navigating the internet and using various software programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
