About the role
- Strategic support and development of international key accounts
- Development and implementation of individual account strategies
- Identification of new business opportunities and market trends in the smart building sector
- Coordination with internal teams (Product Management, Engineering, Marketing)
- Conducting contract negotiations and offer calculations
- Participation in international trade fairs, conferences, and customer events
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, Business Administration or similar
- Several years of experience in international sales and key account management
- Solid knowledge of sensor technology, building automation, and IoT technologies
- Fluent English skills (additional languages are a plus)
- Confident handling of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30–50%)
