Operations

• Execute daily operational tasks within Flowdash workflow queues according to established procedures
• Process routine administrative tasks including data entry, document organization, and status updates
• Monitor and respond to operational requests and inquiries following standard operating procedures
• Support wire processing workflows by preparing documentation and tracking approvals
• Assist with organizing and filing fund documents, investor records, and operational correspondence
• Maintain accurate data across multiple systems and flag discrepancies to senior team members
• Help prepare standard operational documentation using templates and established formats
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather required information and documentation
• Track task completion against service-level agreements (SLAs) and escalate issues when needed
• Follow detailed process documentation and checklists to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Participate in process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions

Operations Support – 6 Month Contract

Accounting Manager

• Evaluate portfolio company events and data, and determine the appropriate valuation action for each investment.
• Help prepare both audited and unaudited financial statements and work with audit firms to ensure completion of annual audits.
• Ensure that accounting treatment for portfolio company investments are in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and evaluate special situations.
• Maintain the investment tracking system so that it remains accurate and up-to-date.
• Work with engineering teams to continue the push towards increased automation and process improvement.
• Be directly responsible for specific team functions/workflows.
• Work on ad-hoc projects.

Senior Fund Accounting Associate, Crypto

• Support review of U.S. federal and state tax compliance for funds holding crypto-related investments
• Reconcile digital asset transactions across wallets, exchanges, custodians, and internal systems to support tax reporting accuracy
• Analyze crypto transactions with tax reporting implications, including staking rewards, token swaps, NFTs, stablecoins, and internal transfers
• Support tax basis tracking and maintain transaction-level workpapers and supporting documentation
• Identify and resolve transaction discrepancies, missing activity, and reporting exceptions
• Perform tax-related operational work tied to fund accounting and digital asset reporting workflows
• Support research and documentation for complex crypto tax matters and evolving digital asset reporting requirements
• Work cross-functionally with fund accounting, finance, legal, engineering, and operations teams to gather information and resolve reporting issues
• Conduct evaluation and testing of proprietary systems to support reporting accuracy and scalability
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize crypto tax workflows
• Help mentor and support Associates and Senior Associates by reviewing work, providing feedback, assisting with workflow management, and supporting onboarding and training on tax processes and systems
• Contribute to documentation and operational processes as the crypto tax function scales

Tax Lead, Crypto

• Support day-to-day tax operations under the guidance of senior team members
• Assist with the preparation, filing, and organization of U.S. federal and state tax returns, including extensions
• Support information reporting processes, including Form 1099 preparation and filing
• Help track, organize, and support responses to federal and state tax notices
• Perform tax-related operational tasks tied to fund accounting, such as recording and reconciling transactions from a tax perspective
• Maintain and update client and fund tax data across systems, including assisting with historical data cleanup
• Help prepare and organize tax documentation and workpapers
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information needed for tax compliance and reporting
• Learn to read and apply IRS forms, instructions, and guidance in support of tax operations
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation as the tax team scales.
