About the role
- Drive sales growth and market execution by leading a field sales and marketing team
- Manage a team of field sales managers/representatives
- Oversee in-store activation and ensure best-in-class merchandising
- Deliver sales targets and improve attach rates
- Develop custom training materials tailored for key accounts
- Provide guidance and feedback to field teams on account performance
- Own reporting and KPI tracking for the field marketing sales team
- Partner with marketing and channel marketing teams for localized promotional initiatives
- Represent Belkin at retail events and maintain relationships with key partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of sales/field marketing experience in consumer electronics, mobile accessories, or related industries
- 2+ years of leadership or team management experience preferred
- Strong understanding of retail sales dynamics, merchandising execution, and promotional activation
- Demonstrated ability to deliver against sales targets and KPIs
- Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills
- Proficiency with sales reporting tools, CRM, and Microsoft Office suite
