Manager

• Du verantwortest die operative Steuerung und Skalierung unserer Trainings- und Beratungsprogramme.
• Du sorgst dafür, dass Inhalte, Termine, Trainer und Teilnehmer reibungslos zusammenkommen, und baust den Bereich strukturell weiter aus.
• Du betreust die Teilnehmer unserer mehrmonatigen Programme, steuerst Anmeldungen und Kommunikation und managst das zentrale Postfach.
• Du bist die Konstante für Kunden während der Programmlaufzeit.
• Du planst Trainings online und vor Ort, buchst Hotels, Locations und Reisen für Trainer und Teilnehmer und kümmerst dich um Rechnungsstellung und Abwicklung.
• Du planst die Einsätze unserer Trainer und Berater, koordinierst Verfügbarkeiten und unterstützt bei der Qualitätssicherung.
• Du baust unsere Learning-Plattform mit auf, strukturierst Inhalte und Teilnehmerprozesse und digitalisierst Schritt für Schritt manuelle Abläufe.
• Du wirkst bei der Konzeption neuer Trainings mit, denkst Programmstrukturen weiter und unterstützt Akquise-Prozesse durch Nachverfolgung von Kontakten und Terminkoordination.
• Bei eigenen Trainings bist du als Co-Moderation oder Teilnehmerin dabei und entwickelst dich inhaltlich mit.

Projektmanager, Trainings & Beratung

• Du koordinierst und verwaltest unsere Deal-Pipeline in HubSpot
• Du unterstützt bei der Terminplanung, -vorbereitung und -koordination für Kundentermine (online & telefonisch)
• Du bereitest Vertriebsunterlagen und Präsentationen vor (Vorlagen vorhanden)
• Du sorgst für den reibungslosen Ablauf im Backoffice – von CRM-Pflege bis zur Angebotserstellung
• Du betreust unsere Bestandskunden organisatorisch und unterstützt bei Onboardings & Nachfragen
• Du arbeitest eng mit Geschäftsführung, Support und Produktteam zusammen

• You are responsible for the operational management and scaling of our training and consulting programs.
• You ensure that content, schedules, trainers and participants come together smoothly, and you continue to develop the area structurally.
• You support participants in our multi-month programs, manage registrations and communications, and administer the central inbox.
• You are the constant point of contact for clients throughout the program period.
• You plan trainings online and on-site, book hotels, venues and travel for trainers and participants, and handle invoicing and processing.
• You schedule assignments for our trainers and consultants, coordinate availability and support quality assurance.
• You help build our learning platform, structure content and participant workflows, and gradually digitize manual processes.
• You contribute to the design of new trainings, further develop program structures and support acquisition processes by following up on contacts and coordinating appointments.
