About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You coordinate and manage our deal pipeline in HubSpot
You assist with scheduling, preparation and coordination of customer appointments (online & by phone)
You prepare sales materials and presentations (templates provided)
You ensure smooth back‑office operations — from CRM maintenance to quote preparation
You administratively support our existing customers and assist with onboarding & inquiries
You work closely with management, support and the product team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Initial experience in inside sales, customer service or a commercial/administrative role
You enjoy organizing and keep appointments and processes on track
Confident use of digital tools (e.g., email, Excel; ideally CRM like HubSpot)
Friendly, structured and reliable working style
Good written and verbal communication skills
No technical expertise required — we will provide thorough training
