About the role
- Lead the implementation and delivery of Master Data Management (MDM) systems for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients
- Oversee and develop MDM (HCP, HCO) projects and deliver high-quality client services
- Define project scope and development approach, conduct issue analysis and hypothesis development
- Coordinate with data vendors to establish data exchanges
- Synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and communicate results to clients and internal teams
- Build out data processes and assume project management responsibilities for MDM implementations
- Manage client communication, lead meetings, draft agendas, manage timelines, and serve as regular client point of contact
- Coordinate with diverse and global teams
- Provide project leadership on process improvements and new deliverables
- Monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed
- Foster an innovative and inclusive team environment
- Coach and mentor junior team members and serve as their Professional Development Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree
- 4 to 8 years’ professional experience
- Experience implementing or supporting HCP and HCO master data management solutions in the US pharmaceuticals market
- Python experience strongly preferred
- Reltio experience preferred
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Word); advanced Excel skills required
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective project management skills
- Ability to work effectively with others and adapt quickly
- Knowledge of data management best practices in pharmaceutical industry
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no employer-sponsored work authorization)
