Requirements
- 5+ years of practical experience in banking or consulting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven track record of delivering projects for banking and capital markets
- Understanding of how technology can solve business challenges
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Understanding of the Dutch financial services market with a strong business network in the Netherlands
- Entrepreneurial mindset to support team growth, project delivery, and revenue generation
