About the role
- Manage the development and execution of influencer marketing (paid and earned strategies) and campaigns for Moomoo US
- Proactively identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to bring in new high-quality clients in a scalable and efficient manner
- Conduct cold calls and outreach to engage organizations and effectively promote the platform
- Work effectively with influencers and key partners, presenting the company value proposition
- Execute the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content & brand marketers, data analysts, integrated marketers, product innovators)
- Understand current influencer trends and how the product fits into creators’ strategies
- Explore revenue-driving opportunities with partners & influencers
- Manage events/campaigns and other initiatives to build partnerships and engage the influencer community
- Actively monitor emerging influencers and trends across social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook)
Requirements
- 5+ years of Financial Services or FinTech business development, influencer management or partnership management; prior experience working with influencers is highly desired
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or finance
- Knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Proficient in problem-solving and results driven
