• Use AI agents: You use plenty of them, to run outbound, referral, or brand loops.
• Modern metrics: You think beyond CAC, using share of voice, influence, and deal velocity as growth indicators.
• Cross-functional motion: You work with product, sales, and engineering to turn attention into revenue.

Growth Lead

Artificial Intelligence

• Build AI agents using our no-code platform, focusing on prompt creation and automation workflows.
• Present demonstrations of your AI agents, showing how they address business needs and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with the internal team to scope use cases, break down processes, and translate them into agent logic.
• Support integration efforts by understanding basic API connections and working with our technical team.
• Participate in internal testing, feedback cycles, and training sessions to build skills in agent creation and no-code tools.
• Contribute to improving workflows by sharing learnings from experimentation and demo creation.

AI Agent Engineer

• Drive the entire lifecycle of AI automation deployment, from understanding customer requirements, through solution design, to hands-on implementation using our no-code Agent OS.
• Engage directly with customers across technical and executive teams, helping them discover automation opportunities and building AI solutions that improve their operations.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and solutions teams to scope, define, and implement new features based on real customer needs.
• Design agentic automations and engineer prompts that are scalable, efficient, and integrate smoothly into customer workflows.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and apply them to solve critical business problems and drive new features that impact the future of Beam's AI platform.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to both customers and internal teams throughout the implementation process.
• Act as a strategic technical partner, advising customers on best practices, helping them adopt AI agents, and identifying opportunities for deeper integration.
• Work with client-side and internal technical teams to scope and manage API-based integrations.
• Provide structured feedback from real use cases to help improve our platform.

Senior AI Agent Engineer

Sales Development Rep

• Own top‑of‑funnel outreach, generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email, social selling, and creative outbound campaigns.
• Conduct structured discovery to qualify leads based on need, use‑case fit, authority, timeline, and budget.
• Book qualified demos and ensure clean handoff to Account Executives through Beam’s defined SOP.
• Manage inbound interest and ensure every lead is routed, responded to, and recorded accurately in HubSpot.
• Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, test sequences, and provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
• Track KPIs including outreach volume, demo conversions, pipeline sourced, and engagement rates.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, log all activities and keep records current and actionable.
• Continuously improve through coaching, call reviews, and performance analysis.
• Represent Beam with clarity, curiosity, and professionalism in every interaction.
