About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work directly with the CEO on Beam's highest-priority strategic and operational initiatives.
Lead cross-functional projects from idea through execution, coordinating stakeholders and delivery.
Support decision-making through research, analysis, and clear recommendations.
Prepare presentations and materials for leadership, customer, and investor discussions.
Collaborate across teams to drive alignment and remove execution blockers.
Improve internal processes and use AI to increase speed and leverage.
Step into ambiguous or urgent problems and take ownership until they are resolved.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in a fast-paced environment such as a high-growth startup, top-tier strategy consulting firm, investment bank, founder's office, business operations team, or similar.
Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects from idea through execution.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working across multiple functions and disciplines.
Comfortable working independently in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
Strong ownership mentality with a bias to action.
AI-native and already using AI tools to improve the way you work.
Nice to Have: Experience working directly with a founder or senior leadership team.
Nice to Have: Experience in AI, automation, or B2B SaaS.
Nice to Have: Experience building AI agents or workflow automations.
Nice to Have: Familiarity with tools such as Notion, OpenAI, Perplexity, Replit, n8n, Make, or similar.
Nice to Have: Previous experience in a Founder’s Office, Chief of Staff, Strategy & Operations, or Business Operations role.
