About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work directly with the CEO on Beam's highest-priority strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional projects from idea through execution, coordinating stakeholders and delivery.
  • Support decision-making through research, analysis, and clear recommendations.
  • Prepare presentations and materials for leadership, customer, and investor discussions.
  • Collaborate across teams to drive alignment and remove execution blockers.
  • Improve internal processes and use AI to increase speed and leverage.
  • Step into ambiguous or urgent problems and take ownership until they are resolved.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment such as a high-growth startup, top-tier strategy consulting firm, investment bank, founder's office, business operations team, or similar.
  • Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects from idea through execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working across multiple functions and disciplines.
  • Comfortable working independently in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
  • Strong ownership mentality with a bias to action.
  • AI-native and already using AI tools to improve the way you work.
  • Nice to Have: Experience working directly with a founder or senior leadership team.
  • Nice to Have: Experience in AI, automation, or B2B SaaS.
  • Nice to Have: Experience building AI agents or workflow automations.
  • Nice to Have: Familiarity with tools such as Notion, OpenAI, Perplexity, Replit, n8n, Make, or similar.
  • Nice to Have: Previous experience in a Founder’s Office, Chief of Staff, Strategy & Operations, or Business Operations role.
