About the role
- Lead and support Workday HCM implementations, including configuration, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions
- Provide subject matter expertise in Workday HCM and Absence Management
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation and post-go-live support
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables
Requirements
- Workday HCM Certification (active and verified)
- Workday Absence Certification
- Proven experience in Workday implementations, ideally across multiple clients or industries
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures
- Experience with other Workday modules (e.g., Time Tracking, Payroll, Compensation)
- Workday Reporting and Integration knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
