About the role
- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of the SAP Plant Maintenance module
- Lead and manage full lifecycle SAP PM implementations (blueprinting, design, testing, training, go-live)
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configuration
- Oversee system configuration and integration with MM, PP, FI, CO, EAM
- Develop and maintain process flows, configuration guides, and user training materials
- Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting during implementation and post-go-live
- Conduct user training sessions and workshops to ensure system adoption
- Mentor junior SAP consultants and support team members
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify optimization opportunities using SAP PM
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
Requirements
- 10 - 12 years experience required (posting header)
- 12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PM implementation and support (key skills)
- At least 4 full lifecycle SAP PM implementations in a lead role
- Strong understanding of SAP PM master data, work orders, notifications, task lists, maintenance plans, and reporting
- Experience in SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) is a plus
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing functional specifications and system configuration
- Experience overseeing and participating in blueprinting, design, testing, training, and go-live support phases
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., MM, PP, FI, CO, EAM) to ensure seamless integration
- Experience developing and maintaining system documentation including process flows, configuration guides, and user training materials
- Experience providing expert guidance and troubleshooting support during implementation and post-go-live phases
- Experience conducting user training sessions and workshops
- Experience mentoring junior SAP consultants and support team members
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
