• Lead end-to-end implementation and support of the SAP Plant Maintenance module
• Lead and manage full lifecycle SAP PM implementations (blueprinting, design, testing, training, go-live)
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configuration
• Oversee system configuration and integration with MM, PP, FI, CO, EAM
• Develop and maintain process flows, configuration guides, and user training materials
• Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting during implementation and post-go-live
• Conduct user training sessions and workshops to ensure system adoption
• Mentor junior SAP consultants and support team members
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify optimization opportunities using SAP PM
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
