About the role

  • Develop and implement annual and strategic marketing plans to ensure flawless execution
  • Collaborate closely with a significant sales force to promote expansion and improve customer engagement
  • Manage financial performance, aligning business expectations to annual central initiatives
  • Partner with Supply Chain/Operations to accurately forecast monthly product demand
  • Collaborate with U.S. and Global Portfolio marketers and cross-functional teams (R&D, Clinical, Medical Affairs) to develop coordinated marketing plans and product strategies
  • Conduct detailed market assessments and drive strategic recommendations
  • Execute tactical initiatives including salesforce enablement, portfolio value messaging/positioning, marketing communications, supply/demand requirements, and product lifecycle management
  • Support overall business objectives, perform day-to-day operations, and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in product or marketing management within the MedTech or healthcare industry required
  • Experience in Vascular Access preferred
  • Proven success in launching and managing medical devices in the U.S. market
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare provider needs
  • Outstanding communication, project management, and analytical skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
  • Minimum of 4 days of in-office presence per week (on-site collaboration prioritized)
