About the role

  • Internal title: Senior Business Impact Lead within Business Impact team in NYC
  • Take ownership of non-technical development, focusing on delivering impactful solutions for customers
  • Drive development of innovative solutions that give business outcomes, enabling faster and more efficient processes
  • Ensure future products align with and exceed client expectations, acting as bridge between customers and development teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor, Master or MBA degree
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Business, Consulting, and/or Product Management
  • ideally with some knowledge in the software /tech related area
  • Experience managing high-profile Luxury customers with understanding of luxury market dynamics and customer expectations
  • Proven ability to engage and influence upscale clientele, delivering exceptional customer service tailored to luxury standards
  • Experience working with Finance functions - knowledgeable of finance structures and drivers is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and comfortable interacting with senior management of large luxury corporations
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Independent worker and able to take responsibility that timelines are met
  • Strategic thinking and ability to simplify complex concepts
