Lead global implementation of clinical solution-selling services across Vascular Access Devices (VAD) and Catheter Care platforms, ensuring alignment with regional healthcare priorities.
Collaborate with regional Sales, Clinical, and Marketing teams to drive product standardization, policy development, and adoption of best practices.
Support global and regional clinical workstreams, including assessments, education/training, data analytics, and execution of GTM tools and technologies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clinical champions to support solution adoption and customer engagement.
Partner with IT to ensure assessment tools are measurable, performance-aligned, and supported by post-assessment data analysis.
Design and deliver training programs for BD teams to reinforce solution messaging and internal capability building.
Develop dashboards and business rules to monitor implementation progress, ensure consistency, and facilitate cross-regional sharing of best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare-related field strongly preferred
Minimum 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including clinical education and solutions-based selling
Proven success implementing measurable clinical and economic improvements with hospital customers
Strong presentation, communication, and project management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
Willingness to travel 25–50% monthly, both domestically and internationally
5–10 years in clinical education and team management preferred
5–10 years in solutions-based selling preferred
