About the role

  • Lead global implementation of clinical solution-selling services across Vascular Access Devices (VAD) and Catheter Care platforms, ensuring alignment with regional healthcare priorities.
  • Collaborate with regional Sales, Clinical, and Marketing teams to drive product standardization, policy development, and adoption of best practices.
  • Support global and regional clinical workstreams, including assessments, education/training, data analytics, and execution of GTM tools and technologies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clinical champions to support solution adoption and customer engagement.
  • Partner with IT to ensure assessment tools are measurable, performance-aligned, and supported by post-assessment data analysis.
  • Design and deliver training programs for BD teams to reinforce solution messaging and internal capability building.
  • Develop dashboards and business rules to monitor implementation progress, ensure consistency, and facilitate cross-regional sharing of best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare-related field strongly preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including clinical education and solutions-based selling
  • Proven success implementing measurable clinical and economic improvements with hospital customers
  • Strong presentation, communication, and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
  • Willingness to travel 25–50% monthly, both domestically and internationally
  • 5–10 years in clinical education and team management preferred
  • 5–10 years in solutions-based selling preferred
  • RN Background preferred
