About the role
- Hands-on Head of Product responsible for building the future of enterprise stablecoins
- Guide product roadmap and prioritize work in partnership with executive team, GTM, and engineering
- Manage one senior contributor and set product principles, analytics, and quality bars
- Rapid orientation: establish understanding of Issue → Hold → Move architecture and confirm decision rights and escalation paths
- Triage top delivery risks across issuance, on/off‑ramp, and external surfaces and produce a one‑page action plan (7 days)
- Lock initial 30‑day priorities and success signals; stand up lean product cadences and validate user journeys and compliance touchpoints (15 days)
- Show customer‑visible progress on at least one external surface; de‑risk readiness with test plans, observability, and runbooks; publish roadmap linking themes to outcomes (30 days)
- Demonstrate measurable wins with reliability and compliance; institutionalize product principles and repeatable planning cadence (90 days)
Requirements
- Player-coach Head of Product (hands-on role)
- Manage one senior contributor
- Guide product roadmap in close partnership with the executive team, GTM, and engineering
- Ability to deliver on 7/15/30/90 day plans and set operating cadences
- Experience building enterprise stablecoins or related fintech products (implied)
- Willingness to be based in the United States; significant advantages if based in or willing to relocate/ travel often to New York City
