Account Executive

• Own the full sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, deal execution, and close.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate clients onto Bastion's platform.
• Document learnings from every client interaction to inform pricing, packaging, and product priorities.
• Run deals end-to-end from qualification to production.
• Build and sustain a repeatable pipeline for consistent deal flow.
• Scale the midmarket sales approach as the company grows.

Artificial Intelligence

• Identify operational inefficiencies and solve them with AI tools
• Report directly to the Head of Talent
• Partner cross-functionally with multiple teams to implement solutions
• Design measurement systems to capture the impact of automation
• Expand operational automation to multiple teams

AI Strategy and Operations Lead

• Multiply team effectiveness through intelligent use of AI tools and automation
• Partner with various teams to identify friction points and orchestrate AI solutions
• Build workflows and automation while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Report to Head of Talent and work cross-functionally within the company
• Establish operating models for AI capabilities integration
• Mentor others in AI-first thinking and automate internal operations
