- Support the delivery and execution of Global Human Resources products and programs
- Operational process execution, quality assurance, and ensuring proper controls
- Understand the programs/products and operational requirements
- Engage in adoption, satisfaction, and delivery of process/tool enhancements
- Support initiatives and routines by identifying solutions that meet business needs
Requirements
- 3+ years of Human Resources or Risk Management/Governance experience
- Proven experience managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to synthesize information into a compelling story
- Process management experience developing and successfully implementing new processes
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Proficient SharePoint user skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office; intermediate skills in Excel
- Previous experience with Agile methodology and change execution
- In-depth knowledge of HR products and services
