Provide talent acquisition support to one of Ball's North America plant operation regions and collaborate with TA team and TA Outreach Specialist.
Coordinate and perform administrative duties: assist with outreach/sourcing strategy execution and tracking, interview scheduling, offer letter creation, background/drug testing result processing, close of requisition data review preparation, and ensure ATS data accuracy.
Coordinate various regional/local hiring events.
Improve and perform candidate experience activities including preboarding and onboarding to engage new employees.
Support regional and local outreach programs to increase candidate flow and D&I outreach and ensure proper use of platforms and advertisement tools.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Minimum of 2 year(s) job-related experience (24 months), specific experience in talent acquisition administrative support desired.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Attentive to department needs with consistent follow-through on projects and tasks.
Self-starter, multi-tasker, and detail-oriented.
Ability to partner with colleagues to execute outreach/sourcing plans.
Experience working within an applicant tracking system (ATS) preferred.
