About the role

  • · Perform onboarding for new employees: create user accounts, assign licenses, configure devices, enforce MFA, and ensure access to relevant systems and applications.
  • · Execute offboarding procedures: disable accounts, revoke access, archive mailboxes and data, and wipe corporate devices via Intune when applicable.
  • · Manage servers Active Directory (AD), support hybrid environment (cloud + on-premises) including DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
  • · Monitor system performance and maintain systems as per requirements.
  • · Troubleshoot system issues and resolve outages.
  • · Upgrade systems with new releases and hardware models.
  • · Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • · Maintain an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.

Requirements

  • · Strong knowledge of 365/Microsoft environment management and system troubleshooting.
  • · Experience with AD, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs.
  • · Proficiency in supporting end-user devices and remote connectivity.
  • · Ability to document processes and maintain compliance with IT policies.
  • · Knowledge in firewall and network - advantage
