About the role

  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan for a geographical area to effectively target, penetrate, and establish a network of relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders\n
  • Effectively call on physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, etc., across multiple medical subspecialties\n
  • Manage hybrid relationships through a mix of in-person and virtual engagement – being able to leverage next gen ways of working to maximize efficiency\n
  • Effectively call on retail pharmacies, both chain and independent\n
  • Utilize data sources to maximize strategies and efficiencies to capitalize on opportunities with the greatest ROI\n
  • Attain or exceed assigned sales and profit goal\n
  • Manage and track territory specific information through a CRM system\n
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time\n
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; talk and/or hear\n
  • May occasionally climb stairs and/or ride elevators\n
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds\n
  • Employee must be able to manipulate keyboard, operate a telephone and hand-held devices\n
  • Other miscellaneous job duties as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree\n
  • At least 2 years of Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry sales experience\n
  • Demonstrated growth in sales while managing your own territory – track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals\n
  • Business acumen, comprehension of clinical information, and ability to articulate a clinical sales message to Healthcare Providers\n
  • Excellent organization and time management skills\n
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills\n
  • Strong interpersonal and virtual engagement skills\n
  • Ability to work with a CRM tool (i.e., Veeva)\n
  • Independent, with an ability to work within a team\n
  • Attention to detail and follow-through\n
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)
