Head of Department

• Own Awaze’s non-accommodation revenue proposition across brands, source markets and booking corridors
• Define and own the ancillary product roadmap
• Identify, assess, build, commercialise and continuously improve guest- and owner-facing ancillary products
• Maintain a live product pipeline covering prioritisation, business cases, dependencies, risks and timelines
• Monitor competitors, online travel agencies and adjacent industries across the UK and Europe
• Develop business cases covering customer value, attach rate, conversion impact, EBITDA, cashflow, risk and breakeven
• Act as financial steward for the ancillary portfolio and recommend corrective action
• Identify, evaluate and onboard third-party providers
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract development
• Manage supplier performance, service levels, renewals and continuous product improvement
• Own ancillary products from market analysis and sourcing through technical integration, launch and post-launch optimisation
• Lead cross-functional squads across Product, Finance, Marketing, Pricing and Contact Centre
• Integrate ancillary propositions into checkout and post-checkout journeys
• Establish conversion and basket-value guardrails using testing, attach-rate data and guest sentiment
• Define performance metrics and review cadences for every product
• Report to the Group Commercial Trading Director and Growth leadership on pipeline progress, delivery, financial contribution and risk

Head of Ancillary Revenue

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of local office transformation projects from site completion through to operational handover, travelling extensively across the UK with regular overnight stays.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets and governance across multiple concurrent programmes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully and on schedule.
• Manage contractors, suppliers and external partners to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
• Monitor capital expenditure, forecast costs and identify opportunities to improve commercial performance without compromising quality.
• Ensure every location meets brand standards, operational requirements and delivers an outstanding experience for colleagues, homeowners and guests.
• Lead project risk management, proactively resolving issues and providing clear stakeholder communication throughout each project.
• Coordinate opening readiness activities, including technology, facilities, operational setup and launch planning.
• Capture lessons learned and continuously improve transformation processes to support future growth.

Head of Local Office Transformation

Salesforce Administrator

• Maintain, configure and optimise the Salesforce platform, integrations and reporting suite.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, page layouts, flows, validation rules and other Salesforce configuration components.
• Create and manage custom objects, record types, fields and object relationships.
• Administer users, profiles, roles, permissions, sharing rules and platform access to ensure secure and effective governance.
• Support the ongoing development and optimisation of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with the Platform Lead, Product Managers, Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions.
• Resolve user queries, incidents and service requests, providing a responsive and customer-focused support experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes, recommend platform enhancements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work effectively across multiple priorities, balancing support, change requests and platform improvements while meeting agreed deadlines.

Pricing Analyst

• Own end-to-end pricing performance across revenue, margin, and growth objectives.
• Translate commercial strategy into clear pricing rules, parameters, and scalable pricing logic.
• Lead the governance, performance, and continuous optimisation of the pricing engine.
• Design and execute structured pricing experiments to validate hypotheses and improve commercial outcomes.
• Analyse pricing performance, demand signals, and model outputs to identify opportunities and resolve root causes.
• Convert one-off pricing interventions into repeatable, automated rules that improve scalability and consistency.
• Strengthen automation across pricing processes, reducing reliance on manual work and spreadsheets.
• Partner closely with pricing platform providers to enhance pricing capabilities and system performance.
• Ensure pricing logic remains scalable, stable, and aligned with commercial priorities.
• Support key trading periods while maintaining disciplined pricing governance and protecting core pricing logic.
• Communicate pricing strategies and decisions clearly to Commercial, Marketing, Data, and Technology stakeholders.
• Embed learnings from testing and performance analysis back into the pricing engine to drive continuous improvement.
