About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the end-to-end delivery of local office transformation projects from site completion through to operational handover, travelling extensively across the UK with regular overnight stays.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets and governance across multiple concurrent programmes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully and on schedule.
Manage contractors, suppliers and external partners to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
Monitor capital expenditure, forecast costs and identify opportunities to improve commercial performance without compromising quality.
Ensure every location meets brand standards, operational requirements and delivers an outstanding experience for colleagues, homeowners and guests.
Lead project risk management, proactively resolving issues and providing clear stakeholder communication throughout each project.
Coordinate opening readiness activities, including technology, facilities, operational setup and launch planning.
Capture lessons learned and continuously improve transformation processes to support future growth.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong project management expertise, including planning, governance, risk management and multi-project delivery.
Excellent financial management skills with experience controlling capital budgets, forecasting and commercial negotiations.
Experience managing contractors, suppliers and third-party partners to agreed quality, safety and delivery standards.
Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills, with confidence working across senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
Bonus points if you have experience within hospitality, retail, property or facilities management environments, hold a relevant project management qualification, or have experience within the travel & tourism industry.
