Frontend Engineer

• Build modern web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.

Web Developer

Product Manager

• Own the product roadmap and feature development for AVIXA’s core audience-facing digital experiences focused on discovery, exploration, growth and engagement, including AVIXA.org, AVIXA TV, and AVIXA Xchange.
• Define product vision and priorities aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for new features and product enhancements through customer research, behavioral analytics, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Write epics, define acceptance criteria, and maintain a prioritized product backlog.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, Content, and Marketing teams to deliver customer-focused digital experiences.
• Lead product discovery, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
• Define and monitor product KPIs using analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar.

Project Manager

• Overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing projects from initiation through completion
• Working with internal stakeholders to complete projects on time, within budget and within scope
• Projects include (but not limited to) print collateral, social media/digital graphics and email templates
• Communicate daily, electronically and via phone, with internal stakeholders to ensure transparency on deadlines/deliverables
• Ensure resource availability and allocate resources accordingly
• Work directly with internal and external graphic designers and email specialists
• Delegate project tasks based on staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive attendee registration and overall event awareness.
• Build and grow the RESIDE and Lightapalooza brands through compelling positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate across the residential technology ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Sales, Event Operations, Content, Industry Relations, and Communications teams to support growth objectives.
• Develop audience acquisition strategies targeting residential technology integrators, smart home professionals, designers, architects, builders, security professionals, lighting specialists, and related industry audiences.
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, digital advertising, social media, content marketing, direct mail, public relations, and strategic partnerships.
• Manage email marketing campaigns including audience segmentation, automation, analytics, and performance optimization.
• Create compelling marketing content across digital, print, social, web, advertising, and promotional channels.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve content creation, audience targeting, campaign performance, and operational efficiency.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with industry associations, buying groups, media partners, influencers, and strategic partners that expand RESIDE's visibility and reach.
