• Lead strategy for improving and enhancing experiences at the InfoComm tradeshow.\n• Oversee immersive activation hubs and on-site events that drive attendee satisfaction and connections.\n• Manage branding, customer journey, and wayfinding; ensure alignment with AVIXA brand and show messaging.\n• Develop strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities; collaborate with sales.\n• Manage program budgets, track expenses, negotiate contracts, and ensure ROI.\n• Establish KPIs for activations and generate post-show reports.\n• Travel as needed (30-40%).
