• Ability to utilize a “solutions selling approach” to advance new customers through the decision-making process

• Ability to remove objections, both business and competitive, to advance and win the opportunity

Account Executive – Real Estate

Account Manager

• Own the partnership acquisition strategy by defining and executing a roadmap focused on identifying, targeting, and securing vertical and horizontal ERP platforms.
• Drive the full partnership deal cycle from market mapping and prospecting to pitching, structuring, negotiating, and closing high-impact agreements.
• Lead strategic late-stage negotiations to secure enterprise-scale partnerships and unlock exclusive partner relationships.
• Build and manage a high-performing partnerships team, including talent acquisition, pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and coaching to consistently exceed goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, IT, Sales, Finance, Customer Experience, and Marketing to align deal execution with go-to-market and product strategies.
• Partner with vertical business leaders to ensure smooth onboarding and transition of newly signed partners into the broader ecosystem.
• Define and own KPIs that measure acquisition success, revenue contribution, and time-to-value of new partnerships.
• Represent the company at the highest levels, engaging C-suite executives externally and serving as a strategic thought partner internally with executive leadership.

VP and GM, Strategic Partnerships

• Identify, research, and reach out to enterprise targets focused on selling B2B payments. Drive top-of-funnel activity to generate qualified leads.
• Maintain a strong and steady pipeline through outbound activity, referrals, and collaboration with marketing and partnerships teams.
• Partner with internal teams to transition won accounts and support early success within the first 6–12 months.
• Capture insights from the field—objections, challenges, buying behavior—and work with internal teams (product, marketing) to refine messaging and solution positioning.
• Hit monthly/quarterly activity and opportunity generation targets, with increasing influence on closed-won revenue goals.
• Demonstrate AvidXchange solutions to create customer excitement and drive adoption.

Sales

• Lead a team of account executives to develop and execute strategies to sell AvidXchange's B2B payment solution
• Manage the growth of a hunter-based sales organization targeting healthcare, professional services, and media customers
• Set sales targets, quotas, and monitor performance; analyze sales data to identify opportunities and corrective actions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and internal departments (marketing, product) to drive collaboration and customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform sales efforts and identify new business opportunities
• Present sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership based on data-driven analysis
• Manage and approve the sales department's budget and oversee sales processes, procedures, and tools to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

Full-stack Engineer

• Perform full life cycle application development, enhancement, research, and proof of concepts.
• Participate in both low-level and high-level application design, providing guidance and feedback on available technology options.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement API integrations for seamless data exchange.
• Develop and maintain modern pipelines leveraging data streaming and APIs to support various business applications.
• Implement event-driven architectures to enhance real-time data processing and streamline data flows for timely decision-making.
• Implement cross-domain solutions, including integration patterns for customer-facing, operational, and analytic systems, along with workflows, policies, support, and reporting associated with enterprise MDM capabilities.
