About the role
- Own and achieve defined sales targets
- Build and sustain strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, end-users, and major oil & gas operators
- Identify, qualify, and secure new opportunities for Wellhead Control Panels (WHCPs) and Chemical Injection Skids (CI Skids)
- Deliver clear technical presentations and proposals to customers
- Collaborate with proposals and engineering teams to develop commercial offers and resolve technical queries
- Lead client meetings, pre-bid discussions, and contract negotiations
- Track market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to shape business strategy
- Represent Avanceon at industry exhibitions, seminars, and trade shows
- Ensure awarded projects meet targets with clean orders, strong terms, and healthy margins
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related engineering field
- 4+ years of sales/business development experience in the oil & gas equipment sector
- In-depth knowledge of Wellhead Control Panels (WHCPs) and Chemical Injection Skids (CI Skids)
- Proven sales experience and client connections in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait (Aramco, ADNOC, PDO, QE/QG, Shell, Total, etc.)
- Strong familiarity with tendering processes, procurement cycles, and EPC workflows
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools, proposal software, and MS Office
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
