Requirements
- 1+ years in Customer Success, Customer Care, or any client-facing role
- Background in sales support or digital media is a plus
- Fluent in French or Dutch, with great knowledge of the other (English is a big plus)
- Tech-savvy and familiar with digital tools; Salesforce experience or willingness to learn
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
